For every returned scope you will get an attractive price reduction on top of the 12 months warranty period. 

 

All current models get a professional repair with quality certificate. Defective scopes are picked up from your premises followed by a binding repair estimate within 3 working days. In addition to the repair statement you will receive an inspection certificate and a 6 - 12 months warranty period. (Depending on model)

 

Flat price for light guide repairs including regluing and polishing of fiberoptics, tightness / autoclave test and performance check. If the damage exceeds repair options, we will offer an exchange at attractive rates.
